Through the "Contact" and "Make an offer" forms, the following data is collected, only if voluntarily provided: full name, email address, phone number (optional), country of residence, and the content of the message or offer details. The hosting server also automatically logs some technical browsing data (e.g. IP address, date and time of access) for security purposes.
3. Purpose and legal basis of processing
Data is processed to respond to information requests and manage the negotiation for the sale of the vehicle. The legal basis is the consent of the data subject, given through the relevant checkboxes on the forms, and the performance of pre-contractual measures requested by the data subject.
4. Processing methods and recipients
Data submitted through the forms is sent by email to the controller via scripts running on the hosting server and is not stored in a database or shared with third parties other than those indicated here. The website is hosted with Aruba S.p.A., which processes data transiting through its servers as a data processor. The website also loads fonts from the Google Fonts service (Google Ireland Ltd.): see the Cookie Policy for details.
5. Data retention period
Data collected through the forms is kept for as long as necessary to handle the request or negotiation, and in any case no longer than 12 months from the last contact, unless otherwise required by law.
